Indian Air Force (IAF) selects candidates in Technical for Group X and Non-technical for Group Y.
Indian Air Force (IAF) is select by conducting exam two times in a year then selected candidate is subjected to training then after candidate join Indian Air Force.
What is Indian Air Force Group X and Y
Salary?
During training salary will be pay Rs. 14,600/- per month. After completing training then salary will be paid in three groups.
1. Group ‘X’ Technical Trades
Rs 33,100 per month (approximately) which in subsequent years and the salary
will rise as per their career progression of individual.
2. Group ‘Y’ Non-technical Trades
Rs 26,900/- per month (approximately) which in subsequent years and the salary
will rise as per their career progression of individual.
3. Education Instructor Trade (SGT)
Rs 40,600/- per month (approximately) which in subsequent years and the salary
will rise as per their career progression of individual.
What are the Perks of Air Force Group X and Y :
Allowance
1. Financial support to the children in education.
2. Ration allowances will be given { LRA}.
3. HRA will be provided.
5. Compose Presonal Maintenance Allowances {CPMA}.
Perquisite
1. Group insurance of Rs.37.5 Lakhs at a Premium of Rs. 2300/- month.
2. Recreational facilities like transport for school going children and Leave Travel on Concession (LTC) also provided.
3. Group housing scheme also extended.
4. Perks such as ration, clothing, medical facilities, accommodation and canteen facilities also provided.
5. Leave of 60 days annual and 30 days casual in a calendar year.
